By clicking on the “Next” button to submit your order on the checkout screen, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By asking us to accept a verbal order, you are deemed to have read and accept these same Terms and Conditions.
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added to your final order and any delivery charge. If we have made a mistake in pricing or quantities we will contact you advising you of the error and offer you the chance to decline the purchase. In such a case, if your card has already been debited we will refund you.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been despatched.
All goods remain the property of Andersons Wholesale until fully paid for.
We try to use images of the stock supplied. Please note that packaging may sometimes differ from images where a manufacturer had redesigned this. It may not always be possible to indicate that the product supplied may differ from the image shown. All measurements are given as a guide only. All goods offered carry the appropriate CE mark.
An invoice will be sent by email when your order is despatched and/or upon request, which will show the VAT element of the total order incuding the VAT element of the delivery charge.

Your goods, if being delivered to a UK address, will usually arrive within 2 working days of the despatch date- 3-4 days for UK highland and island addresses. The time taken to deliver international orders can vary.
Any shortages or damages must be reported by email within 2 working days of goods received.Occasionally, we may be out of stock of a line. We may at our discretion, substitute a line with a similar product and endeavour to contact you before doing to to discuss the substitute item.
If any products are found to be faulty, please call us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Outside of this time we are unable to exchange or refund the items. We may ask that any goods received and considered to be faulty are returned to us for inspection at the customers cost and on inspection, if they are found to be at fault then the item will be replaced or refunded at our descretion.
As a trade to trade supplier we are not bound by the Distance Selling Regulations to accept returns. However, if you feel an an item you have ordered - other than our wrapped items - is not as described or not suitable for the purpose for which it was bought, at our discretion only, we may accept it for return at your own cost.
If you wish to return an item, please call us to discuss it and then confirm your request by email. Confirmation that you wish to return an item must be made by email within 2 days of receipt of your goods. Any goods returned must be in perfect condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, unless faulty. We do not credit postage or carriage charges paid on items returned unless they are deemed by us to be faulty.
We are unable to offer refunds for goods returned unless they are faulty or not as described. if any other items are returned, we may offer you a credit note to the value of the item less any carriage you have paid, and less any costs we have incurred, or return the goods to you. We are unable to offer any recompense for postage and packing paid on an item purchased or returned unless it is faulty or not as described.
Please note, for all wrapped items and seasonal goods, we are unable, under any circumstances to accept returns, or offer refunds, unless goods are faulty or not as described.
All deliveries must be signed for. Our carrier will deliver only to the address shown on the parcel. If you are not in, a card will be left asking you to contact the carrier. This will have on it your consignment note and local depot telephone number. Customers are asked to call and arrange redelivery. If the delivery company are not contacted, they will attempt a further delivery, and if this is still unsuccessful, goods may be returned to us.
If undelivered goods are returned to us, then you may receive a credit note, and we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred by us and/or the courier company for delivery and administration costs.
We will not be held responsible for any costs or losses caused by late delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order without giving any reason for our decision.
These Terms override any terms and conditions attached to purchase orders. We do not accept any terms and conditions or liability clauses attached to purchase orders.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
